Michel Bernier was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1984. He graduated from the Law  Faculty of Laval University.

 

Me Bernier concentrates his practice in the civil and commercial litigation field, especially in contracts of commercial litigation, of injunction, of seizure and other urgent and extraordinary appeals.

 

He is also involved  in several litigation cases in environmental law.

 

As part of his practice, Me Bernier pleads before every judicial instance of Québec for a clientele of individuals, businesses, and institutions.
