Mathieu works in business and property law. His areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganization, implementation of trusts and the financing and negotiation of various commercial agreements. 

 

He negotiates and advises a diversified client base in the context of acquisition and sales of companies, both regionally and nationally. He assists our clients in the implementations of succession plans and employee share schemes. Also, he frequently advises our clients as part of conventions between shareholders, employment contracts and employment termination agreements.

 

Mathieu has trustworthy expertise in real estate law, mainly in the setting up of financial structures for large-scale real estate projects, the drafting of leases, and various agreements that can be made between the different actors of a project. 

 

He writes and negotiates contract agreements of all sorts in the technological and manufacturing fields, including intellectual property, franchising, and distribution licensing agreements.
