Audrey Morvan joined our business law team as an associate in 2020. Her practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy, insolvency, and corporate restructuring.

 

Ms. Morvan holds a master's degree in intercultural and international communication from Laval University and completed her training in civil law, common law, and transnational law at Sherbrooke University. She had the opportunity to study at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid where she became familiar with Spanish and international law. Ms. Morvan has received numerous distinctions during her academic career, including the Lord Reading Law Association Award in Legal English and a constant figuring in the Dean's Honours List.
