Alexandra Laperle joined Team GBV in 2021 as a law student, then specialized in business law as part of her summer 2023 internship at our Quebec City office. Alexandra was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2023.

Having pursued a large part of her studies in English, she is perfectly bilingual and is therefore called upon to serve a varied clientele.

Throughout her academic career, Alexandra has been involved in the student community. Her academic career was marked by her role as Vice President, External Affairs for the Legal Information Office of Université Laval, as well as her consecutive term as Vice President of the Sociopolitical Committee of Université Laval.

As part of her practice, Alexandra advises the firm's clients mainly on corporate reorganizations, contract review, financing, commercial transactions and shareholder agreements.

A graduate of Laval University's Faculty of Law, Alexandra stands out for her professionalism and the particular attention she pays to listening to the people she represents.
